Ok, that first line is kind of scary depending on context, but other than that the answers to life's greatest question is 42.
Ok, more seriously (because, yes, I can be serious - I know it's hard for me, but I do try) this is how I figure. If you answer no to any of the questions then you need to ask yourself why.
Why do we not want to live life to the fullest, what is holding us back? We need to get rid of the obstacle.
Why don't we want to have fun, what is stopping us from having fun? We need to do the Matrix jump (clear your mind and do something crazy).
Why don't we ask them out, are we scared of rejection? Go in expecting to be rejected and you might get pleasantly surprised. Besides it's just a date, not marriage, so they'll likely say yes.
I don't know, maybe I'm just overanalysing.

I would like to disagree on what the real question is: it's neither do I have to? or will I? it's more like will I enjoy it when i do it? The attitude one takes about the duties that fill the hours is what really makes the difference in one's life. Even if you don't want to, if you do the duties with a smile you can't help but enjoy it, as long as the smile stays. smiling is fun... :P
