The lord doesn't want us to forget just our joy, or just our sorrow. He wants us to forget ourselves and every thing that we think is important and then do his work. I think this is something to be very happy about, but it's not easy to do. I think this will be my new goal. Not just to forget myself and go to work, but being happy about it also.

Action leads to Knowledge.
So...(here's my insight)
Knowledge comes from reaching goals but the wisdom to use that knowledge correctly comes from the journey.
How often do we wish for knowledge without effort when it's the effort that makes us skilled enough to use the knowledge we obtain?
And...how do we obtain happiness?
happiness is a choice, well not really. It's more of a plan of action. You make the choice to be happy then you work to get it.

yeah, my brothers used to tell that to me too...FORGET YOURSELF AND GET TO WORK! If you keep on thinking about yourself, you'll never be "completely" happy. As FOR ME, it's also one kind of selfishness. But honestly, I know I have to improve myself on that. I improve a li'l...but there's still room for more improvement.
